ANDREW PEARCE Estate Agent & Chartered Surveyor is returning to RAYNERS LANE

ANDREW PEARCE are delighted to announce the opening of their third office at 320 RAYNERS LANE.

Andrew returns to the office he first opened in 1990, some 30 years ago and holds very happy memories of his 20 years running this office.

The acquisition of these premises will expand our already very successful operation and this office will extend coverage in Rayners Lane, Harrow and Northolt complementing our Pinner offices covering Pinner, Hatch End, Northwood, Eastcote & Ruislip. 

Head of Pinner Sales Paul Smith who has worked with Andrew Pearce since 1995 will also be returning to Rayners Lane as Head of Sales and is very excited by the opportunity to catch up with past clients, friends and colleagues.  

Equity Director Sam Quinn, will head up our Lettings & Management Departments and the Commercial Department
