Joe Prosser - ANAEA
Joe has Pinner running through his veins. He went to Cannon Lane and Nower Hill schools and spent his childhood as a local scout, exploring the Pinner neighbourhood. He is immensely proud of the local history and Pinner in general, and loves showing it off to other people. For him, the best bit about being an estate agent is handing over the keys at the end of a transaction. I love seeing the joy on buyers’ faces and knowing that as soon as they walk out of our office they are going straight to their new home. I get to know my clients well and forge good relationships, so it’s very satisfying seeing it all come together from their first enquiry to helping them find their ideal home. Joe was introduced to buying and selling homes by his mother, herself an estate agent in Pinner, and decided to follow a similar path when he completed his education. He quickly discovered his gregarious nature was ideally suited to meeting and connecting with lots of different people. After five years learning his trade, he joined Andrew as senior sales negotiator for the Pinner office. In 2007 he was asked to open and run a new office, a challenge he relished. However, when the opportunity arose to return to the Pinner estate agent office some 18 months later, Joe leapt at the chance to return to his home base. I’m like a boomerang when it comes to Pinner, he jokes. Joe has always had an interest in IT and graphic design. He manages the agency’s systems and sets the standards for how property particulars are presented and marketed. He is a huge advocate of the Andrew Pearce brand values and fully supports the Customer Charter. When we say ‘nothing is too much trouble’ we mean it, says Joe. It’s the way we do business here.

Angela has been an integral part of Andrew Pearce’s team since 1999. For the last three years she has provide property management services to a wide range of residential and commercial clients. Much of her time is spent collecting rents and making payments to landlords, arranging Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and organizing any necessary repairs to property. Angela has a background in administration with many years’ experience in the property industry in and around Pinner and north-west London. Each client has different needs, although the processes are similar. You have to be very organised in this job to make sure everyone receives a first class service. My clients know that I’ll look after every detail of their arrangements with the utmost care and attention, she says. Following a career break to spend time with her daughter, Angela worked with Andrew Pearce at Biscoe & Stanton, the independent firm of Chartered Surveyors which Andrew acquired. This gave her valuable insight into a wide range of property matters which she uses daily when liaising with landlords, tenants, builders, solicitors and other professional advisors.
